Experience the fascinating world of orchids!
From March 21 to May 10, 2026, the island of Mainau once again invites you to its popular orchid show. Once again, over 3,000 orchids with their fascinating flowers will transform the palm house into a colorful, elegant ambience.
During the six weeks, a wide variety of orchid species will be presented in carefully arranged settings: Phalaenopsis in soft and bold colors, elegant Cattleya orchids, impressive Vanda orchids, and other special species and rarities. Visitors can look forward to displays that impressively showcase the shape, color, and origin of this extraordinary plant family.
A daily orchid sale complements the exhibition and offers visitors the opportunity to take a piece of this floral magic home with them.
