Palace café

The elegant ambience of the palace café, situated between the Palm House and the palace’s exhibition rooms, makes it a perfect place to sit for a while and enjoy locally-made cakes and a considerable selection of speciality teas and coffees. We’ve specialized in coffee, cakes, gateaux and ice-creams and proudly offer more than 40 coffee specialities like “Kapuziner”, “Brazilian Cafezinho” or “Flying Dutchman”. We also offer more than ten different iced coffees including specialities like the “Mozart-iced coffee”.

Our large selection of teas is sure to please every tea lover. We’ve also speciality cocoa and drinking chocolate as well as soft drinks, exquisite fruit juices, organic beers, wines, aperitifs, sparkling wines and also Mainau schnapps, spirits and liqueurs.
